2. Eligibility and Account Creation

2.1 Age Requirements

If you are under 18 or the legal age in your country, you are prohibited from using this Service. We make no representations about the suitability of the Service or any Assets for any purpose.

7. Engage in political campaigning or misinformation
8. Create false documentation or engage in fraud
9. Generate or disseminate verifiably false information
10. Create Assets that imply or promote support of terrorist organizations
11. Create Assets that exploit or abuse children
12. Create Assets that condone or promote violence against protected groups

3.2.2 Technical Restrictions

1. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
2. Interfere with the proper working of the Service
3. Bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to the Service
4. Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods
5. Decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code
6. Use the Service to create automated bots or fake accounts
7. Attempt to access any other user’s account or private information

3.3 Consent Requirements

When creating AI models or content involving other individuals:

1. You must obtain their express written consent before using their likeness
2. You must verify they are over 18 years old
3. You must confirm they are not a politically exposed person
4. You must maintain records of such consent
5. You must immediately cease use if consent is withdrawn

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

4.1 Subscription Terms

• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period
• Prices are subject to change with notice provided before the next billing cycle
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failure to pay may result in immediate service suspension

4.2 Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• You can cancel auto-renewal through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

4.3 No Refund Policy

By purchasing our Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
